We produce high-quality heat pipe panels and structural panels in-house with low production costs by establishing a well-controlled process with cutting-edge technology such as automated insert-potting machines, plasma cleaning machines, and cutting plotters.
Heat Pipe Panel
- More than 1,000 panels have been delivered to global customers since 1987. No failure reported.
- Typical panel size is 5 x 2.5 m, which can be expanded up to 6.5 x 3.4 m
- Paint, heater and OSR installation can be flexibly changed upon request.
- Widely permissive temperature range: -40°C to +60°C as typical heat pipe operation temperature.
- Examples of adopted project: Intelsat, Eutelsat, Echostar…etc.
