Heat Pipe
We provide both single-bore and double-bore types of heat pipes with various cross-section geometries available depending on the customer’s requirements, such as heat transport capability, width and height, flanges, proof and burst pressure, etc. Also, we can provide them as 3-D bent heat pipes with our precision bending techniques.

- Reduced wall thickness and grooves added for 10-20% mass reduction
- Fixed-conductance aluminum/ammonia heat pipes
- Single-bore and double-bore types are available as a standard.

- Intended for use of thermal control inside the heat generating components.
- BBM of groove structure design has been built for assessment and will be qualified by 2025.
