FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE No. 3222

TOKYO, October 26, 2018 - Mitsubishi Electric Corporation (TOKYO: 6503) announced today that the Mitsubishi Electric Group will donate a total of 1.1 billion Indonesian rupiah (approximately 9.46 million yen) to aid victims and support recovery efforts following a series of earthquakes that struck Sulawesi, Indonesia in September. The donation will include contributions from the company's three affiliates and their employees located in Indonesia: PT. Mitsubishi Electric Indonesia, PT. Mitsubishi Jaya Elevator and Escalator, and PT. Mitsubishi Electric Automotive Indonesia.

The Mitsubishi Electric Group expresses its deepest sympathies to all those affected by the disaster and extends its very sincerest wishes for a speedy recovery.
