High-capacity IGBT modules
In recent years, an increasing number of power conditioners, etc. are being installed for megawatt-class photovoltaic and wind power generation systems, and a demand has emerged for the downsizing and streamlining of power conversion equipment. Our MPD Series features models with ratings over 1000 A and contributes to further downsizing and streamlining of power conversion equipment by reducing the number of parallel connections in the market.
