If you wish to use this Mitsubishi FA e-Learning, it is required to agree to the following:
Mitsubishi Electric Corporation establishes the Terms of Use for this "e-Learning" as indicated below.
1. General
Any person who uses this "e-Learning" must agree with the following conditions.
The Company may change the Terms of Use without notice.
Please note that new Terms of Use will be applied in such case.
2. Definition
In this agreement, the following terms are used for each meaning.
1) "The Company" refers to "Mitsubishi Electric Corporation".
2) "e-Learning" refers to "Mitsubishi FA e-Learning".
3) "Users" refers to any person or persons using or wishing to use the "e-Learning".
3. Scope of This Agreement and Change
1) This agreement shall be applied between users who use the "e-Learning" and the Company.
2) The Company has the right to change, revise, renew and delete whole or a part of this agreement without users' consent.
4. The Company's Responsibility
The Company pays close attention to the functions and information of the "e-Learning";
however, does not take any responsibility or liability for the followings:
1) All functions and information of the "e-Learning" are correct, safe and useful.
2) The functions and information of the "e-Learning" are always the newest.
3) Any damages due to the use of the "e-Learning".
4) Changing the specifications of the "e-Learning", and discontinuing to provide the "e-Learning" without notice.
Any damages to users or third parties due to the above.
5. Protection of Intellectual Property Rights
The functions, technical information, images and pictures provided to users by the "e-Learning" are the intellectual property of the Company, and protected by the Industrial Property Law, Copyright Law and other intellectual property right related laws.
Use of the "e-Learning" is strictly limited for self-study purpose only.
For other purposes (including reproduction, transmission, distribution, and adaptation), the Company's explicit permission shall be required.
The Company's corporate name, trademarks and marks used in the "e-Learning" are protected by the Trademark Law, Unfair Competition Prevention Law and other laws.
Do not use them without explicit permission of the Company.
6. Measures Against Prohibited Matter and Violation
1) Users must respect the rights of third parties and the Company.
Upon use of the "e-Learning", users are prohibited from the followings:
· Acts that seek commercial profit or other profit-making activity using the "e-Learning".
· Acts that violate third parties' or the Company's industrial property, copyright, and other property rights.
· Acts that give or threaten to give disadvantage to or damage third parties or the Company.
· Acts that damage the reputation or credibility of the Company.
· Acts that violate or threaten to violate laws (including export related laws).
· Other than the above, acts that violate this agreement and interfere or threaten to interfere with business of the Company or third parties.
2) Whenever the Company judges that users violate the agreement, the company has the right to suspend and prohibit the use of the "e-Learning" by the said users and take other necessary actions.
These actions may be taken without notice.
3) Whenever users give damage to the Company by the act violating this agreement, irregularity, or illegal act, the Company shall be entitled to claim for adequate indemnity against the said users.
7. Contents Alteration and Reproduction Handling
1) No part or whole of contents of the "e-Learning" shall be altered or reproduced without explicit permission of the Company.
2) The Company does not take any responsibility or liability for contents alteration and reproduction of the "e-Learning" by users.
8. Governing Law and Court of Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of Japan.
In the case of conflict regarding this agreement, the Tokyo District Court will be the exclusive jurisdictional court.
