Operating Handle
An operating handle is a device used to externally operate a molded case circuit breaker in a box or panel, and various types of handles can be selected according to the purpose of use.
F-type operating handle
(Breaker mount type)
- This handle is mounted on the main body of the circuit breaker.
- The circuit breaker can be turned on and off even when the panel door is open.
- Equipped with an operational locking mechanism that allows the handle to be padlocked in the on or off position.
- Handles can also be manufactured for installation on horizontally mounted circuit breakers. (excluding UL products)
- Protection rating (IEC60529):IP54
(IP3X for 1000A frame and above, IP5X with dust-proof packing)
V-type operating handle
(Door mount type)
- This product consists of the handle component on the panel door and the actuator mounted on the circuit breaker.
- Equipped with an operational locking mechanism that allows the handle to be padlocked in the on or off position.
- The use of an extension shaft allows the depth of the panel to be adjusted.
- Protection rating (IEC60529):IP65
S-type operating handle
(Door mount type)
- This handle is mounted on the panel door.
- The circuit breaker cannot be turned on or off when the panel door is open.
- There is a locking mechanism that allows the panel door to be opened only when the circuit breaker is in the off position.
- Equipped with an operational locking mechanism that allows the handle to be padlocked in the on or off position.
- The handle is long, making it easy to operate.
- Protection rating (IEC60529):IP5X
C-type operating handle
- This product consists of an actuator mounted on the main body of the circuit breaker and the handle component on the panel door.
- The handle component and actuator are connected by a cable for operation.
- Equipped with a safety device that prevents the circuit breaker from being turned on when the panel door is open.
- Protection rating (IEC60529):IP23
Terminal Cover
This is used to avoid exposing the charging component. There is also a terminal cover that can be attached with a single touch.
We offer a wide variety of covers to meet the various needs of our customers, including large terminal covers (TC-L) that can cover crimped terminals and connecting conductors, small terminal covers (TC-S) that cover only circuit breaker terminals, IP20-compliant terminal covers (TC-G), and transparent terminal covers (TTC) that enable visual inspection of the charging component.

Handle Lock Devices and Lock Covers
Handle lock devices
This device locks the circuit breaker on or off. The circuit breaker will trip if an overcurrent flows even while it is locked.
Lock covers
This is a plug-in type handle lock that simply prevents unauthorized operation without the need to apply a padlock. A caution tag can also be hung on it.
Electrical Operating Device
The circuit breaker can be operated from a distance.
Motor-driven type
- Converts the gyration of the compact motor into linear motion to turn the circuit breaker on or off (reset).
- It can also be turned on and off manually.
Spring charge type
- The circuit breaker is electrically or manually operated to turn it off or compress (charge) the spring, and then turn the circuit breaker on using the force of the compressed spring.
- The input speed of turning on is faster when compared to the motor-driven type.
