iQ Monozukuri PACKAGING
This application package provides function blocks of standard packaging machine functions and sample programs (sequence programs, GOT screen data) using the function blocks.
PACKAGING can be used for controlling packaging machines and cutting machines for film, paper, boards, etc.
Difficulty in creating suitable cams for various mechanisms and adjusting cams
Automatic cam generation without complicated calculation. Cams are generated and adjusted from a GOT screen, which enables machine maintenance without connecting a personal computer.
Complicated methods of adjusting positioning compensation between work pieces
Simple approach with advanced smart conveyor technique. Positioning compensation is calculated automatically by function blocks to align workpieces with uniform spacing.
