iQ Monozukuri HANDLING
iQ Monozukuri HANDLING is an application package that uses the machine control function of a MELSEC iQ-R Motion controller and easily adds transportation processes to an existing machine. If the target value or moving amount of the control point are set with the XYZ coordinate system, the Motion controller coverts the position of each control point into angles of each joint axis and outputs commands.
Need to add transportation mechanisms to the existing system.
Necessary functions for transportation mechanisms can be added by the add-on library of the Motion controller.
Need to integrate the controller for the added mechanism with peripheral axes.
The Motion controller of existing equipment can be used to save costs.
Programming is troublesome.
Programming time is reduced by importing output results of the support tool.
