The Company hereby agrees to grant the customer the right to use the Software.

2. (Copyright)
The Company owns the copyright on the Software, the Software manual and all related materials.

3. (Prohibitions)
The reverse engineering or modification of the Software is strictly forbidden.

4. (Exemptions)
The Company is not explicitly or implicitly responsible for any damages (including damages caused by the loss or destruction of customer information) arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Software or related materials due to defects or flaws in them.
